Morning Beach Yoga
Morning yoga on the beach to relax and clear your mind.
Wiggle your toes in the sand, breathe in the ocean air, and listen to the relaxing surf as you mindfully move, bend and stretch. This is an all-level flow class designed to clear your mind, open your body, and help you relax while connecting to the outdoors. All levels of physical ability are welcome. Meet on the beach at boardwalk N4 (by Shelter B3- shelter by grassy area north of the fishing pier). Bring your own mat, towel, and water.
